COSE · AstroBotany · in-silico tropisms
A factorial sweep of the tropic stimuli (gravity level × light condition) run headlessly against the unmodified v1 model (docs/index.html, not edited by this atlas), scored with a ported archiDART-style trait engine and plotted against 17 real cotton-root RSML scans and 5 architecture stereotypes from astroroot. This is the "before" picture that motivated the v2 recalibration — see MANUSCRIPT.md.

Both axes are scale-free (tortuosity is dimensionless; lateral fraction and branch count don't depend on the sim's undefined abstract length unit) — see MANUSCRIPT.md Methods for why raw length/density traits are not directly overlaid. If v1's cloud sits away from the real points, that's the visual evidence motivating v2.
